DNA-Based Chemical Unclonable Functions for Advanced Anti-Counterfeiting
The groups of Reinhard Heckel at the Technische Universität München and Robert Grass at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich have developed DNA-based chemical unclonable functions that will enable novel approaches for anti-counterfeiting systems.

DNA-FAIRYLIGHTS at SMPS 2025: Key Talks and Contributions
Several partners from DNA-FAIRYLIGHTS project participated at the Single Molecule Protein Sequencing (SMPS) 2025 conference held from 18.-24. January 2025 in Bolzano, Italy , with invited talks by Ulrich Keyser (University of Cambridge), conference organisation by Denis Garoli (IIT), and industrial contribution from Elements.

Genoa Science Festival

On 1st November 2022 Roman Krahne, one of the project coordinators, participated with a talk to the Genoa Science Festival, one of the most important science divulgation event in Europe. The event was followed live by 57 people, it was recorded and is now available on demand on the Festival website.

Science is ready!

On the 15th April, 2022, the project coordinators Denis Garoli and Roman Krahne participated to Science is ready!, a digital festival that the IIT organized to present the collaborative projects funded by European Union in the framework of Horizon 2020 program. The festival was streamed live on IIT LinkedIn page (67250+ followers) during lunch time.
